An explosive wide receiver for Cal teams that earned back-to-back appearances in the Copper and Citrus Bowls following the 1990 and 1991 seasons … snared 65 passes for 1,070 yards and a school-record 14 touchdowns to lead the Pac-10 during his senior season in 1992 … set Cal records for touchdown receptions in a career (31) and season (14 in 1992), and single-season receptions and yards (65 catches for 1070 yards in 1992) … at the completion of his career, ranked seventh in career scoring (186 points), third in career receiving yards (2124) … had 3 touchdown receptions in a game on 3 separate occasions:  on October 17, 1992 v. USC, on September 5, 1992 v. San Jose State, and on November 2, 1991 v. USC … named first-team All-Pac-10 and Cal’s most valuable player in 1992 … chosen by the Indianapolis Colts in the first round of the 1993 NFL Draft … played 10 years in the NFL with the Colts (1993-97), New Orleans (1998), Seattle (1999-2000), Jacksonville (2001) and Minnesota (2002), posting 445 catches for 6,291 yards and 25 TDs during his pro career.
