2025 (Outdoor): Second-Team All-ACC (high jump, long jump)… competed in six meets for Cal… placed fourth in both the high jump (2.09m/6-10.25) and the long jump (7.44m/24-5) at the ACC Outdoor Championships, the latter of which was a personal best… at The 130th Big Meet, placed first in the high jump (2.05m/6-8.75) and second in the javelin (50.62m/166-1), also recording a then-PR in the long jump (7.16m/23-6)… at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, placed second in the decathlon with a PR of 6931, also recording personal bests in the 100m (11.36), 400m (51.36), discus (38.01m/124-8) and 1500m (5:16.40) while winning the long jump (7.04m/23-1.25), high jump (1.99m/6-6.25) and javelin (52.04m/170-9) competitions… finished the 100m hurdles in 15.01 at the Hornet Invitational.
2025 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… scored for the Bears with his fifth-place high jump mark of 2.08m (6-9.75) at the ACC Indoor Championships… won the long jump at the Spokane Indoor Challenge with a mark of 6.87m (22-6.5) and ran the 400m in 52.04 for a new personal best.
2024 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets for the Bears… reached the NCAA West Preliminary in the high jump… placed fourth in the high jump at the Pac-12 Championships with a mark of 2.09m (6-10.25)… took third in the high jump with a leap of 2.03m (6-7.75) and posted a personal-best 6.99m (22-11.25) in the long jump at the Mt. SAC Relays… compiled a career-high 6782 points in the decathlon at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, winning the high jump at 2.06m (6-9) and recording personal bests in the 100m (11.53), 400m (53.62) and 1500m (5:17.13)… cleared 2.10m (6-10.75) in the high jump at the Hornet Invitational.
2024 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for the Bears… at the Ken Shannon Invitational, collected a personal-best total of 5147 points in the heptathlon, finishing second in the high jump (1.98m/6-6) and posting personal bests in the pole vault and 1000m… cleared 2.09m (6-10.25) in the high jump, good for second place, at the New Mexico Team Open.
2023 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets for Cal… posted a leap of 2.06m (6-9) in the high jump at the Pac-12 Championships, the seventh-highest mark in the conference that season… won the javelin throw at the 128th Big Meet with a mark of 52.25m (171-5)… scored 5534 points in his only decathlon of the year at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… won the Stanford Invitational high jump with a clearance of 2.00m (6-6.75).
2023 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… posted a heptathlon score of 5097, ninth-best in program history, at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invitational… at that meet, set personal bests of 12.62m (41-5) in the shot put, 8.48 in the 60m hurdles and 3:04.55 in the 1000m… finished with a heptathlon score of 5011 points at the WSU Open, setting personal bests in the 60m dash (7.29) and the long jump (6.68m/21-11)… at the New Mexico Team Open, took first place in the high jump with a personal-best leap of 2.06m (6-9).
2022 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets for Cal… set six new personal records at the Pac-12 Championships, including the decathlon (6128), long jump (6.54m/21-5.5), shot put (11.29m/37-0.5), 110m hurdles (16.01), discus throw (33.28m/109-2) and 1500m run (5:28.85)… won the javelin throw at the big meet with his heave of 46.38m (152-2) and took second in the high jump (1.95m/6-4.75)… took third in the decathlon at the Aztec Invitational, totaling 5778 points and setting PRs in the 100m dash (11.77) and the high jump (2.00m/6-6.75), the latter of which he won outright… raced to a personal-best 55.23 in the 400m dash at the Cal Opener.
2022 (Indoor): Competed in three meets… set a personal-best total of 4851 points in the heptathlon at the Pac-12 Invitational, helped by PRs in the 1000m run (3:08.27), the shot put (10.77m/35-4), the high jump (1.99m/6-6.25) and the pole vault (4.40m/14-5.25)… compiled a total of 4606 points in the heptathlon at the WSU Invitational, setting new PRs in the 60m dash (7.43) and the long jump (6.36m/20-10.5)… ran a personal-best time of 8.64 in the 60m hurdles at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: As a senior, placed first in both the high jump and the 110m hurdles at the prestigious Brian Young Invitational… in 2020, took second in the high jump and also competed in the long jump at the Brian Young Invitational… at the 2019 USA Track & Field (USATF) Region 13 Junior Olympic Championships, competed in the 100m dash, the shot put, and the long jump… was team captain for Lathrop track & field in 2018 and 2019… was a member of Alaska Running Academy and Alaska Pole Vault Club… also wrestled and played tennis at Lathrop High School.
PERSONAL: Majored in American studies... son of Christopher Knott and Kim Kelly… father played basketball at Clemson University… sister Isabella also attends Cal.
