2024: Raced in five meets for Cal... finished the 10k in 32:14.6 at the NCAA West Regionals... posted a season-best 8k time of 24:18.0 at the ACC Championships... recorded a time of 25:42.1 at the USF Invitational... All-ACC Academic.
2023: Raced in all five meets for the Bears... set a personal record in the 10k at the NCAA West Regionals with a 30:17.6 finish, good for Cal's second scoring position and 49th place overall... the Bears' third scorer at the Bronco Invite with his 14th place finish and personal-best in the 8k (23:54.9)... 2025: Ran unattached at the West Coast Last Chance, finishing the mile in 4:33.16 and the 3000m in 8:35.11… posted a time of 8:39.95 in the 3000m at the 130th Big Meet.
