2025 (Outdoor): All-America Honorable Mention… Second-Team All-ACC… after the collegiate season, took silver in the hammer at the Dutch Championships with a mark of 59.99m (196-10)... reached the hammer final at the European U23 Championships, placing 11th with a mark of 63.65m (208-10) for the Netherlands… won the hammer competition at the Competitie 2e Divisie Poule 4 R3 with a mark of 60.81m (199-6), where she also posted a throw of 12.28m (40-3.5) in the shot put… ended the year as the ACC’s No. 4 hammer thrower… threw the hammer in seven meets for Cal… finished 18th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a mark of 63.74m (209-1)… posted a mark of 64.94m (213-1) at the NCAA West Regional… took fifth place with a mark of 64.16m (210-6) at the ACC Outdoor Championships… at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, recorded a throw of 64.13m (210-5)… CSC Third-Team Academic All-American… CSC Academic All-District… USTFCCCA All-Academic… All-ACC Academic... 2024 (Outdoor): Ended the season as the 19th-ranked hammer thrower in the nation… competed in three meets… at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, set a new Dutch U23 record of 65.22m (213-11) that also stands as the fourth-best mark in program history… opened up her outdoor campaign with a mark of 63.36m (207-10) at the Hornet Invitational… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2024 (Indoor): Appeared in two meets… moved up to No. 8 in program weight throw history with a third-place mark of 18.64m (61-2) at the New Mexico Team Open... Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.

2023 (Outdoor): Reached the final at the European Athletics U20 Championships, placing eighth in the hammer throw with a mark of 59.72m (195-11)... won the Dutch hammer championship with a mark of 59.90m (196-6)... competed for the Netherlands at the European Games… Second Team All-American… threw the hammer in six meets for Cal… posted a mark of 63.77m (209-3) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships… broke her own Dutch U20 record with a throw of 64.57m (211-10) at the NCAA West Preliminary, 25th-best in Division I that season and fourth-best in program history… reached a distance of 61.10m (200-5) at the Pac-12 Championships… set a mark of 60.77m (199-4) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2023 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invitational, posted a weight throw mark of 17.26m (56-7.5)… threw the weight 16.81m (55-2) at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational.

BEFORE CAL: Listed as Track & Field News' No. 2 overall women's hammer recruit... finished seventh in the hammer throw at the 2022 World U20 Championships… ranked No. 7 that year in the junior women’s hammer throw… won both the 2022 Dutch Championship and U20 Dutch Championship titles in the hammer throw… won the 2021 Dutch U18 hammer title and earned runner-up status in the Dutch U18 shot put... owns the Dutch U18 record.
