2025 (Outdoor): First-Team All-ACC (hammer)… Second-Team All-ACC (discus)… finished the year as the ACC’s No. 3 discus thrower and No. 4 hammer thrower… competed in six meets for Cal… threw the hammer 64.73m (212-4) and the discus 54.91m (180-2) at the NCAA West Regional… placed third in the hammer (66.52m/218-3) at the ACC Outdoor Championships, where he also took fourth in the discus with a mark of 53.19m (174-6)… posted the No. 10 entry in Cal discus history (59.77m/196-1) at the 130th Big Meet and also won the hammer competition with a throw of 65.77m (215-9)… moved up to No. 7 in Cal hammer history with a mark of 66.90m (219-6) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… at the Hornet Invitational, won the hammer contest with a mark of 66.45m (218-0)… USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2025 (Indoor): Appeared in three meets for Cal… scored for the Bears at the ACC Indoor Championships with a personal-best weight throw mark of 20.26m (66-5.75), second best in program history… won the weight throw at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational with a mark of 20.12m (66-0.25)... Indoor All-ACC Academic.

UC SANTA BARBARA (2020-24): Owns the No. 3 discus and No. 7 hammer marks on UC Santa Barbara's all-time lists... finished fourth in the discus at the 2022 Big West Championships… recorded 22 top-three finishes between the shot put, discus and hammer, including seven victories, during his time with the Gauchos.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2019 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Central Coast Section (CCS) discus runner-up and shot put third-place finisher… two-time Santa Clara Valley Athletic League (SCVAL) discus champion (2018-19)… 2019 SCVAL shot put champion… two-time SCVAL shot put runner-up (2017-18)… 2017 SCVAL discus runner-up.
