All-ACC Academic.
2023: All-Pac-12 Second Team... competed in all five meets for the Bears...Cal's top finisher at the Pac-12 Championships, taking 13th place overall with a personal-best time of 23:18.2.
2022: Raced in five meets...notched a personal-best time of 24:22.6 in the 8k race at the UCR Invitational, good for 31st place and the top Cal-finisher slot... was the first Bear to finish the 8k at the Bronco Invitational, taking 55th place... took 6th place at the season opener at the USF Invite with a time of 25:12.0.
2021: Competed in five meets for the Bears… was the first Golden Bear to cross the finish line while setting a new PR in the 10k run with his time of 31:18.4 at the NCAA West Region Cross Country Championships… at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships, was the first Golden Bear to cross the finish line with his 8k time of 25:15.1… took 15

2025 (Indoor): Raced in three meets for the Bears… reached the mile final at the ACC Indoor Championships and posted a time of 4:04.41… posted a school-record mile time of 3:57.65 and anchored the DMR squad to a program No. 4 time of 9:32.81 at the Husky Classic… ran the fifth-fastest indoor 3000m time in Cal history (7:54.18) and ran the mile in 4:00.91 at the UW Invitational... 2024 (Outdoor): Did not race in a Cal uniform… ran the 1500m in 3:41.44 at the USATF Los Angeles Grand Prix… posted a 1500m time of 3:42.48 at Track Fest...finished with a time of 1:48.36 800m at the Payton Jordan Invitational.
2024 (Indoor): Raced in two meets for Cal… took third in the mile at the Ken Shannon Invitational with a time of 3:58.82… finished the mile in 3:58.75 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
2023 (Outdoor): USTFCCCA Honorable Mention… ran in six meets for the Bears… at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, finished the 1500m in 3:44.77… ran the 1500m in 3:41.87 in the first round at the NCAA West Preliminary… posted the eighth-best 1500m time in the Pac-12 that season with a finish of 3:41.26 at the Bryan Clay Invitational… USTFCCCA All-Academic.
2023 (Indoor): Raced in two meets for Cal… ran the mile in 3:58.67 at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invitational, the third-fastest time in program history and good for third place… at the Husky Classic, became the first Golden Bear since 2016 to run a sub-four-minute mile, finishing in 3:59.96.
2022 (Outdoor): Set a personal-best 1500m time of 3:41.02 competing as an unattached runner at the Portland Track Festival for the seventh-best time in program history… appeared in seven meets for Cal… at the NCAA West Preliminary, raced to a 1500m time of 3:43.06… ran the 1500m in 3:41.33 at the Pac-12 Championships… won the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays with his time of 3:44.36… reached a time of 3:41.62 in the 1500m run at the Stanford Invitational… won the 800m race at the Cardinal Classic by posting a time of 1:50.11.
2022 (Indoor): Competed in three meets… took fifth in the mile run at the Pac-12 Invitational with a time of 4:01.14… set a mile PR of 4:01.02 at the Husky Classic, sixth-fastest in Cal history… took second place in the 800m run at the WSU Invitational with his finish of 1:51.41, ninth-fastest in program history.
