2025 (Outdoor): First-Team All-American… First-Team All-ACC (hammer)… ended the year as the nation’s No. 13 hammer thrower and No. 2 in the ACC… competed in six meets for Cal… posted a personal-best hammer mark of 68.94m (226-2) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, good for fifth place and the No. 4 mark in program history… won the ACC hammer title with a Kentner Stadium record of 67.86m (222-8) at the ACC Outdoor Championships… competed in the hammer (64.28m/210-11), discus (43.25m/141-11) and shot put (15.46m/50-8.75) at The 130th Big Meet… threw the hammer 66.71m (218-10) at the Mt. SAC Relays… opened her outdoor campaign with a hammer mark of 66.93m (219-7) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… CSC Academic All-District… All-ACC Academic... ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2025 (Indoor): First-Team All-American... competed in five meets for the Bears… finished fourth in the weight throw at the NCAA Indoor Championships, posting a mark of 23.00m (75-5.5)… at the ACC Indoor Championships, won the weight throw title with a meet record of 23.59m (77-4.75) that was second-farthest in the nation and led the ACC that year, as well as the second-best throw in Cal history and put her at No. 19 in collegiate history…  also posted a personal-best shot put mark of 15.66m (51-4.5) at that meet for the sixth-farthest throw in Cal history… at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic, won the weight throw contest with a mark of 23.52m (77-2) and also threw the shot put 15.65m (51-4.25) to earn ACC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week honors… won the weight throw at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational with her mark of 23.55m (77-3.25), after which she was named ACC Co-Women’s Field Athlete of the Week… opened her season with a weight throw win (20.71m/67-11.5) at the Spokane Sports Showcase.

VANDERBILT (2023-24): Owns the Commodores program records in the weight throw and hammer throw… ranks sixth in Vanderbilt history in the outdoor shot put, the indoor shot put and the discus… competed at the 2024 USATF Olympic Trials, placing 17th… 2024 First-Team All-American (indoor weight throw)… placed sixth in the weight throw at the 2024 NCAA Indoor Championships… 2024 Second-Team All-SEC… 2024 SEC Indoor Co-Freshman Field Athlete of the Year... placed third in the weight throw at the 2024 SEC Indoor Championships… 2023 Pan American U20 hammer champion… 2023 USATF U20 hammer champion.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2022 Denver Public Schools Female Track Athlete of the Year… 2022 Northfield High School Female Athlete of the Year… that year, she competed in the shot put, hammer and discus at the USA Track & Field (USATF) U20 Outdoor Championships, finishing third in the discus… was that year’s Nike Outdoor Nationals hammer throw champion and Nike Indoor Nationals weight throw champion… two-time Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) State discus champion (2021-22)… 2022 CHSAA State shot put champion… won Denver Public Schools Conference titles in both the discus and the shot put in 2021 and 2022… two-time First-Team All-Denver Public Schools Conference (2021-22)… 2020 Second-Team All-Denver Public Schools Conference… also lettered in basketball… four-year member of the honor roll.

PERSONAL: Majoring in interdisciplinary studies... daughter of Robert and Fernon Meeks… father Robert played football for the Denver Broncos… relative Za’Darius Smith played football for the Detroit Lions, Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings and Cleveland Browns… relative Davern Williams is the defensive line coach at Louisiana-Monroe and played football for the Miami Dolphins and New York Giants.
