broke his personal record in the 10k in the NCAA West Regional Championships with a 23rd-place finish of 29:33.7... raced to an 8k time of 23:09.4 at the ACC Championships... took first place at the USF Invitational with a time of 24:16.0, becoming Cal's first winner since 2018... his 1-2 finish with teammate Garrett MacQuiddy was the first by any Cal pair since the 2018 USF Invitational...
