High School: Member of the Canisus rowing club coached by his father James...also played soccer in high school.

Personal: Has two younger siblings, a brother Henry and sister Sydney...his father was completed for the US National Team was competed in the 1992 Olympics taking fourth in the men's coxed four...he also won gold in eights at the Pan Am Games in 1999 in Winnipeg.
