Bickham spent one season with the Cal football program in 2015 after joining the program as a walk-on in the spring of 2015 but did not see action in a game. Bickham, who was returning to football for the first time since his 2011 senior prep season, graduated from Cal in May of 2016 with one season of football eligibility remaining but chose not to use it. He was also a member of the track and field squad at Cal during his 2013 freshman and 2014 sophomore track and field seasons.
Cal Career (2015)

• Picked up a spot on the National Football Foundation’s Hampshire Honor Society honoring student athletes in their final season of collegiate eligibility for maintaining a 3.2 GPA or better throughout their collegiate career

• A member of the Cal track and field team during his 2013 freshman and 2014 sophomore track and field seasons before leaving the Cal track and field program to join the football program in the spring of 2015
• Highlight was a third-place finish in the shot put at the Big Meet as a sophomore
Saint Francis HS (Class of 2012)
• Played four seasons of prep football seeing action at tight end and defensive end
• Saw limited playing time due to injury as a 2011 senior for a squad that finished 9-3 and reached the second round of the Central Coast Section playoffs
• Recorded six catches for 75 yards receiving with a long catch of 21 during his 2010 junior season when he played in seven games for a team that finished 6-4-1 overall and reached the first round of the North Coast Section playoffs
• Made four tackles as a 2009 sophomore for a team finished 9-4 overall
• Also participated in track and field and was a two-time Central Coast Section champion in the discus who also finished seventh in the California state meet as a 2012 senior with a mark 176-11
• Named the San Jose Mercury News Thrower of the Year during both his senior and 2011 junior seasons, adding team MVP as a senior
