Honors and Awards:
- 2025 ACC All-Academic Team
International:
- Rowed in Cal's V8+ that just missed out on advancing to the semifinal round of the Island Challenge Cup at the Henley Royal Regatta in 2022.
- Rowed on the Australian National Team in 2021.
As a Senior (2025):
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that placed third in the Jackie Ann Stitt Hungness Trophy at the San Diego Crew Classic.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that swept No. 10 Virginia and No. 11 Syracuse at the ACC Challenge.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ at the Washington Duel.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ in the Big Row against Stanford.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that finished sixth at the ACC Championships.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that finished fifth in the petite final at the NCAA Championships.
As a Junior (2024):
- Rowed in the V4+ that finished second in the Karen Plumleigh Cortney Cup Final at the San Diego Crew Classic.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that swept No. 8 Syracuse, No. 11 Virginia and No. 18 Oregon State at the ACC/Pac-12 Invite.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that defeated No. 7 Washington to reclaim the Simpson Cup in the Washington dual.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ in the Big Row against Stanford.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that finished third at the Pac-12 Championships to help the team finish second overall – its highest finish since 2018.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that finished sixth in the Petite Final at the NCAA Championships.
As a Sophomore (2023):
- Rowed in the 2V8+ at the San Diego Crew Classic.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ in the Big Row against Stanford.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that defeated the Huskies at the Washington dual.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that swept SMU and Iowa at the Pac-12 Challenge.
- Rowed in the 2V8+ that finished third at the Pac-12 Championships.
- Rowed in the V8+ at the NCAA Championships.
As a Freshman (2022):
- Helped the 2V8+ to a second place finish at the San Diego Crew Classic.
- Raced in the 2V8+ that finished second at the Las Vegas Invitational.
- Competed in the 2V8+ that participated in the Simpson Cup against Washington.
- Competed in the 2V8+ that took third place in the Pac-12 Championships.
- Competed in the 2V8+ that finished third in the NCAA Championships.
High School/Club: Rowed in the high school Varsity Eight boat from 2018-20...helped lead her boat to a gold at the NSW State Championships in 2020...captured silver at the Australian National Championships for Melbourne University Boat Club...also participated in swimming, water polo, netball, and tennis in high school.
Personal: Parents are Chris and Susie Ward...has two siblings, a sister named Anna and a brother named Tom.
