2024: Appeared in four meets for Cal... posted a season best of 23:48.9 at the ACC Championships... recorded a time of 24:25.5 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational.
2023: Raced in all five meets for the Bears... Cal's top finisher at the NCAA West Regionals with a personal-best 30:04.8 in the 10k... set a new personal record in the 8k at the Bronco Invite with a 23:47 mark, good for 10th place overall... Cal's first finisher at the season-opening USF Invite, taking seventh place overall with a then-career-best 24:26.2... Pac-12 Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2022: Competed in four meets... posted a time of 24:59.3 at the UCR Invitational... made his collegiate debut at the USF Invitational where he was the top Cal finisher with a time of 25:04.5, good for fourth place.

2025 (Outdoor): Raced in eight meets for Cal… finished the 1500m in 3:54.95 at the ACC Outdoor Championships… at the Payton Jordan Invitational, posted a 1500m time of 3:45.99… ran the 1500m in 3:48.55 at the Bryan Clay Invitational… lowered his 1500m PR to 3:45.17 at the Stanford Invitational… posted an 800m time of 1:56.08 at the Hornet Invitational… All-ACC Academic.
2025 (Indoor): Raced in three meets for the Bears… finished the 3000m in 8:19.29 at the ACC Indoor Championships… posted a personal-best mile time of 4:04.79 at the Husky Classic.
2024 (Outdoor): Raced in four meets for the Bears… posted a 5000m PR of 14:26.97 at the Stanford Invitational… at the Hornet Invitational, finished the 3000m in 8:12.57, ninth fastest in program history.
2024 (Indoor): Raced in two meets for the Bears… at the Ken Shannon Invitational, posted a PR of 8:20.44 in the 3000m and ran the mile in 4:10.65… posted a mile time of 4:11.83 at the Husky Classic... Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.
2023 (Outdoor): Finished fifth in the 1500m at the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:51.87… raced in five meets for the Bears… ran the 1500m in 3:50.45 at the Mt. SAC Relays… won the 800m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with his time of 1:52.15… posted a winning 1500m time of 3:46.35 at the Stanford Invitational.
