ESPN: Although Hinnant plays the tackle position effectively, his height and athleticism appear better suited for the offensive guard position at the major level of competition; his frame appears capable of supporting additional body mass over time ... Possesses the athleticism needed to get a hat on active first and second level defenders; with added bulk and improved playing strength this prospect should have the tools necessary to make run blocks at the next level. His arm length, quick hands and nimble feet should be assets in pass protection ... Plays with the nasty finishing attitude we like to see when evaluating offensive linemen.
