• MVP of Aragon High School Swimming and Diving in 2011 and 2012
• She placed second in the 16-18 platform at the 2012 USA Diving Age Group National Championships
• Went to summer nationals four years in a row
• Placed fourth in the CCS meet in 2011
• At the Chris Vonk Memorial Invitational in 2011, she won a gold medal in the 14-18 synchronized girls three-meter springboard
• At the 2008 Far Western Diving Championships, she finished first on both the 14-15 girls one-meter and three-meter springboards

• Mother is Hoda Boushakra; she is the youngest of three - Mazin (brother, 24), who attended UC Davis and is now at Pacific, and Rima (sister, 22), who went to UC San Diego
• Has two dogs: Ziggy and Duffy
• Was also recruited by UCLA and UC Davis
• Enjoys playing with her dogs, laughing, dancing, and spending time with her family
• Her greatest sports moment was "competing internationally in Canada and being surrounded by amazing divers from all over the world and learning new languages."
