Tim Ross is in his third year with Cal Athletics. Ross is the Primary Event Manager for Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Men’s Water Polo, Track and Field, Lacrosse, and Beach Volleyball. He also supports Football, where he primarily focuses on managing the field and gameday operations personnel.
Prior to coming to Cal, Ross served as an Event Sales Associate for the 49ers. Ross also worked with 49ers EDU where he assisted with their College Football Playoffs Extra Yard for Teachers Program. This involved community outreach in schools in the Bay Area combining sports and STEAM. Ross has also worked with the Anaheim Ducks in the Fan Development Marketing Department.
He earned his B.A. in Economics from UC Davis and his M.S. in Sports Management from USF. He was born in Long Beach, but grew up in Vallejo and Napa.
