Delaney Heller serves as the Senior Director for Athletics Administration and Department Operations and is in her fourth year working for Cal.
Heller supports Co-Directors of Athletics Jenny Simon-O’Neill and Jay Larson on special projects and supports the department’s gender equity efforts. She collaborates
with numerous units across Cal Athletics and is heavily involved in the department’s “Women Leaders of Cal” employee engagement group.
Heller previously served as a sports consultant in Australia.
Heller earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego, where she played on the Toreros softball team. She also has a master’s degree in sport management from the University of San Francisco. Heller is originally from Castro Valley.
