Isi Sofele and Steve Williams named Offensive and Defensive MVP, respectively
AFTER CAL: Participated in Cal's 2013 Pro Day and the 2013 San Francisco 49ers Local Pro Day.
CAL CAREER (Career Stats): Played in seven games off the bench primarily on special teams, while also seeing action as a both a backup fullback and linebacker in his three seasons with the program from 2010-12 ... changed his uniform to the No. 26 he wore as a senior beginning with 2012 spring practice after doting No. 51 for his first two seasons with the program from 2010-11.
2012 (Game-by-Game Stats): Played in three games off the bench primarily on special teams and also as a backup fullback after moving to the position during spring practices following his first two campaigns at Cal on special teams and at linebacker ... carried the ball one time for two yards and also had a tackle in the spring game.
2011 (Game-by-Game Stats): Played in four games off the bench primarily on special teams.
2010: Redshirted ... did not play ... transferred to Cal from Oregon State in January and took part in spring workouts.
OREGON STATE: Spent two seasons from 2008-09 with the football program but did not play before transferring to Cal.
MISSION VIEJO HS/KAHUKU HS: Spent his first two high school campaigns at Kahuku High School, where along with older brother and former Cal teammate, Kaulin Krebs, helped lead his squad to the 2005 state title in Hawaii as a sophomore ... went to Mission Viejo High School as a junior in 2006 and led his team with 114 tackles, while earning first-team All-South Coast League honors playing safety and outside linebacker ... participated in only the final two games of the season as a 2007 senior after recovering from an injury suffered during the summer prior to his final prep campaign ... also a member of the surf team at Kahuku.
PERSONAL: Full name is Kameron Cooper Krebs ... born February 2, 1989 ... parents are Ken and Kathy Krebs ... one of seven siblings that all have a first name that starts with a "K" like their parents ... an excellent musician who plays in a rock band ... enjoys surfing among his many hobbies ... graduated from Cal in December of 2012 with a bachelor's degree in American studies.
