A quick and agile offensive line prospect who could play either center or guard for the Bears...coaches like his athletic ability and figure he could emerge as a quality player as he matures and gains weight...had an impressive senior season, pulling down first team all-state honors after not giving up a sack all season at Marshfield HS, helping them to a xx-x record and the state 4A semi-final game...earned SuperPrep All-Far West honors as the No. 23 overall prospect in the Northwest...was a member of the Tom Lemming Prep Report All-Far West team, as the No. 85 overall prospect in the region...also was on the PrepStar Western Region team...was a second team all-state selection as a junior...took recruiting trips to Nebraska and Oregon before choosing Cal....an excellent student who comes to Cal with a 3.0 GPA and a 1040 SAT.
