• As a true freshman swam best times of 1:38.81 in the 200 free, 9:37.92 in the 1000 free and 15:45.88 in the 1650 free during the first half of the 2012-13 season

National Success

• Was fifth in the 800 free and sixth in the 400 free at the 2012 Junior Nationals, as well as an Olympic Trials qualifier in the 200 (1:52.81) and 400 freestyles (3:57.95)

• At Bellarmine College Prep was the Central Coast Section record holder in the 200 free (1:35.86), and was a member of the Central Coast Section champion 200 free relay
