Justin Held currently serves as an Academic Advisor at the Athletic Study Center. Held provides tailored academic counseling to maximize the student's academic performance while balancing athletic and personal commitments and complying with University, College, and NCAA rules and requirements.
Justin obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Sport Management from the University of Florida. During his graduate studies, Justin was able to work with the Florida student-athletes as a Student-Athlete Development Coordinator. Prior to coming to Cal in November 2024, Justin worked as an Academic Advisor at the University of Florida and at Queens University of Charlotte.
Justin is originally from New York and is passionate about providing academic support to student-athletes and helping student-athletes reach their full potential.
