High School: Competed for Chicago Rowing Foundation...coxed the women's V8+...won the team Leadership Award (2023), MVP award (2025) and was team captain in 2025.

Personal: Daughter of Nichole and Rich Milz...has four siblings: Madison, Sydney, Tyler and Vivienne.
