2024: Ran in four meets for Cal... posted a time of 31:21.2 in the 10k race at the NCAA West Regionals... set a new PR at the ACC Championships with an 8k time of 23:54.3... All-ACC Academic.
2023: Competed in all five meets for the Bears... finished the 8k race in 24:09.7 at the Pac-12 Championships... set a personal record in the 8k at the Bronco Invite, finishing in 23:59.9 to take 16th place overall... made his Cal debut at the season opener, taking 17th place overall at the USF Invite, good for the Bears' third scoring position.

2025 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets for the Bears… finished the 1500m in 3:45.61 at the ACC Outdoor Championships… ran the 1500m in 3:45.14 at the Payton Jordan Invitational… posted the eighth-fastest 1500m time in program history (3:42.72) at the Bryan Clay Invitational… recorded an 800m time of 1:50.69 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… opened his outdoor season with a time of 1:51.18 in the 800m at the Hornet Invitational… CSC Academic All-District… USTFCCCA All-Academic… All-ACC Academic... 2025 (Indoor): Raced in three meets for Cal… broke the four-minute mile barrier for the first time at the Husky Classic, posting a time of 3:59.34 that ranks fourth in program history… also ran the first leg of the fourth-fastest DMR in program history (9:32.81) at that meet… at the UW Invitational, ran the 3000m in 7:53.44 for the fourth-fastest time in program history... Indoor All-ACC Academic.
2024: Competed at the World Athletics U20 Championships, posting a 1500m time of 3:46.66... Canadian U20 1500m Champion (3:53.89)… raced in seven outdoor meets during the NCAA outdoor season… scored for Cal in the 1500m at the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 3:56.73 after running 3:48.86 in the prelims, also running the 800m in 1:52.86… posted a 1500m PR of 3:44.29 at the 129th Big Meet… placed third in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a 1500m time of 3:48.90… ran the 800m in 1:52.86 and the 3000m in 8:19.33 at the Hornet Invitational...Took eighth in the qualifying round of the 1500m in the World U20 Athletics Championships for Team Canada.
