MODESTO JUNIOR COLLEGE (1998): As a true freshman earned first team all-league honors, going 7-3 with a 3.12 ERA…had 98 strikeouts in 94.0 innings...
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL: At Grace M. Davis High School in Modesto was the MVP of the Central California Conference and a first team all-district selection…helped lead his team to back-to-back Central California Conference titles...also competed two years on the varsity basketball team…was drafted by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays out of high school…pitched for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in the Cape Cod League in the summer of 1999, going 2-3 with a save and a 3.23 ERA…was recruited by UCLA, Texas A&M, Pacific and San Francisco before attending Modesto Junior College...majoring in American studies... parents are Dave and Dorothy Cash...born July 25, 1979 in San Diego, CA.
