Personal: Rowed for Capital Crew and won the Coaches Award in 2006 ... took first in the four at the Southwest Junior Regional Championships ... also came in fifth at nationals in 2010 ... parents are Tim and Lisa Ryan, and they both attended Cal ... mother, Lisa, played tennis at Cal ... has one sister, Lindsay ... boasts a 2K PR of 7:26 ... lists skiing as a hobby ... undeclared major.
