Cal To Face Off With South Carolina In Showdown At The Net

The Golden Bears Are Facing Their Biggest Challenge Of The Young Season
For the fourth straight match, the California Golden Bears (4-1) will be playing away from Haas Pavilion. After winning both of their games at the Stephen F. Austin tournament in Nacogdoches, Texas, the Bears are now set for a clash with the South Carolina Gamecocks (4-1).
The meeting is a part of the Shriners Children Showdown at the Net, which pits an ACC program against an SEC program. Last year the Bears knocked off Vanderbilt in five sets, and will be facing what looks to be their biggest challenge of this young season.
