– Helped lead his 2019 junior squad to a 10-2 overall record, a Sierra Foothill League titles with a perfect 6-0 conference mark and an appearance in the semifinals of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division I playoffs before COVID-19 cancelled/postponed his 2020 senior campaign
– Earned All-Sac-Joaquin Section and team Defensive MVP honors as a junior when he recorded 22 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, one interception that he returned 60 yards for a touchdown, six pass deflections, one forced fumble and one blocked punt in nine games played
– Wore No. 16 as a junior
– Spent his freshmen season at James Bowie High School (Austin, TX) and sophomore campaign at Byron P. Steele High School (Cibolo, TX) but did not participate at either school due to injury
– Ran track and field at both schools and won the district title as a 2018 freshman at James Bowie before finishing second in the district as a 2019 sophomore at Byron P. Steele
