Cal Success
• Was a 2012 NCAA champion as a member of the Bears' 200 free relay, swimming the lead-off leg in a time of 19.37
• Earned second NCAA title as a member of the Bears' 400 medley relay, swimming the freestyle leg in a time of 41.68
• Swam the freestyle leg of Cal's 200 medley relay, and the lead-off leg of the Bears' 400 free relay, that were national runners-up at the 2012 NCAA meet
• Also placed eighth in the 100 free (42.82), ninth in the 50 free (19.45), and 12th in the 200 free (1:35.04) at the 2012 NCAA championships
• Was a member of the 2012 Pac-12 champion 400 free relay and was third in the 200 free at the Pac-12 meet

• As a member of the 2010-2011 National Youth Team competed at the Junior Pan-Pacific Championships in Kihei, Hawaii.

• Concluded his high school swimming career Nov. 6, 2010 by breaking Gary Hall Jr.'s high school state record in the 100-yard freestyle.
• Times of 43.71 in the 100 freestyle, and 1:36.33 in the 200 freestyle, both set Arizona state marks
