Golden Bears Vie for Spots at National Championships This Weekend
- Led Cal in the 5000m last year with an outdoor best of 14:09.40 run at Stanford
- A two-time All-NCAA West Region honoree in cross country
Junior: Posted a PR 8:23.10 in the 3000m at the Big Meet ... 10th in the 5000m at the Pac-10 Championships (14:21.18) ... competed in two events at the MPSF indoor meet, taking 15th in the mile (4:17.39) and 10th in the 5000m (PR 14:05.45) ... selected to the MPSF All-Academic team. Redshirted in 2009 and did not compete in 2010. Cross Country: Cal's No. 2 runner throughout the fall cross country season, placing 30th at the Pac-12 Championships and 25th at NCAA West Regionals ... had a break-through campaign in 2010 ... led Cal at both the USF Invitational (6th) and Bronco Invitational (9th) ...
