Cal Wins 2nd NCAA Crown in 3 Years - March 19, 2011

CAL SUCCESS
• At the 2010 NCAA Championships, Dagg took honorable mention All-America honors in the 100-yard freestyle with Cal's second-fastest 100-yard freestyle of the season (48.89, 15th place), claimed All-America honors with Cal's third-place 200-free relay (1:28.97) and with the Bears' fastest 400-free relay (3:12.67) of the season, which took second place.
• At the 2010 Pac-10 Championships, she finished sixth in the 200 free (1:46.54), eighth in the 100 free (49.36) and ninth in the 50 free (22.75) and swam on Cal's second-place 200- free relay (1:28.70), second-place 400-free relay (3:14.66) and third-place 800-free relay (7:01.16)...posted a career-best time of 54.05 in the 100 backstroke.
• Swam the third leg of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay that posted a Cal-, Pac-10-, NCAA- and U.S. Open-record time of 3:09.88 at the 2009 NCAA Championships, at which she posted a personal record of 1:45.44 in the 200-yard freestyle heats.
• At the 2009 Pac-10 Championships, swam second leg of winning 400-yard freestyle relay in a then-school, Pac-10 and NCAA record time of 3:11.05, and swam third leg of third-place 200-free relay in a then-Cal record 1:27.77...placed fourth in the 50-yard freestyle in a Cal PR time of 22.30, fifth in the 200 free...posted PR in the 100 free (48.20) by winning swim off with teammate Tara Thomas; was sixth in final.
• Saw action at the 2008 Pac-10 Championships, registering personal bests in many events, including the 50-yard freestyle (23.71), 100-yard free (50.97) and 200-yard free (1:49.36)...also swam the 100-yard back at the Pac-10s.
