Cal-Oregon State Postgame Notes
BERKELEY - With today's 54-24 Cal win, the Golden Bears improved to 6-4, 3-4, on the season. Cal became bowl eligible for the first time since 2011 when the Bears met Texas in the Holiday Bowl.
Mustafa Jalil is the only player on this year's team to play in that game. Tonight's win also marked the first victory by Cal over Oregon State in Berkeley since 1997. The 54 points are the most since Cal scored 60 at Washington State last year.
Cal boasted a school-record 760 yards of total offense on 453 passing yards and 307 rushing yards. The previous school record was 729 (vs. Washington, 2003).
With 453 yards through the air, Jared Goff increased his school record to 10,805 career passing yards. He also increased his school record for career touchdown passes to 83. He completed 26 of 37 passes tonight along with six touchdowns and an interception. It was the second game of his career throwing for at least six touchdowns, tying his school record for the most in a regulation game. It was also his sixth career 400-yard passing performance and his first of 2015. Goff became the sixth player in Pac-12 history to throw for 3,000 yards in three seasons (Derek Anderson, Matt Leinart, Andrew Walter, Sean Mannion and Brett Hundley) and the second to do it in his first three seasons (Brett Hundley). Goff now has 27 250-yard passing performances and 18 300-yard passing performances, both school records.
Maurice Harris notched his first multi-receiving TD game of his career. He now has five TDs on the season and nine for his career. He paced Cal in receiving with four catches for 97 yards and two touchdowns.
Kenny Lawler has caught a pass in every game he's played at Cal (33). His first catch tonight came on a four-yard touchdown reception. Lawler's 10 touchdown receptions this season rank tied for third on Cal's single-season list, and his 24 career receiving TDs also rank third.
Trevor Davis hauled in a 54-yard reception in the first quarter. It was his fourth reception of 50 or more yards and his ninth of 20 or more yards this season. He ended the night with three receptions for 90 yards.
Twelve different Bears had a reception.
Tre Watson set career highs with 110 rushing yards and 54 receiving yards, good for a personal-best 164 all-purpose yards. He also scored his first career receiving touchdown (third total this season) on a career-high 45-yard reception.
As a team, Cal rushed for 307 yards, the most since Texas (280), and the most since Oct. 13, 2012 at Washington State (318).
Enwere scored his team-leading seventh rushing touchdown this season in the second quarter. It was also the ninth of his career. He ended the night with a career-high 89 rushing yards, surpassing his previous personal best of 84.
Bryce Treggs has caught a pass in 42 of the last 43 games that he has played in and his last 36 contests in a row.
Matt Anderson is now 11-for-14 on the season and has been good on 10 of his last 11 attempts. He was 2-for-2 tonight, good on a 45-yarder in the second quarter, three yards shy of his personal best.

Joe Castignani made his collegiate debut.
Malik McMorris scored a touchdown on his first career touch.
Tonight's game was Cal's second annual Alzheimer's Awareness Game. The Cal players wore #ENDALZ patches on their uniforms, while coaches wore purple wristbands that were also handed out to fans.
