California: 2012 (Freshman): Part of the varsity eight that beat Stanford ... part of the junior varsity eight that placed third at the NCAA Championships, won the Pac-12 Championship and beat Washington.

Personal: Born in Bergen, Norway ... undeclared major.

The best part about being on Cal crew is: Being on a team with such good values and morals. Everyone challenges each other, but at the same time respects and pushes each other.

I chose Cal because: I knew that the team would motivate me to achieve my goals academically and as a rower.
