Morganti is in her fourth year as the Director of Operations for women's tennis and in her 12th year at Cal. In addition to her women's tennis duties, the Pacifica, Calif., native also works as the Director of Operations for baseball as well as for men's swimming and diving, while handling all athletic championships on campus as the Golden Bears' Director of Championships. 

Morganti graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1997 with a BA in communications and an emphasis in public relations. She earned her master's degree in sports management from the University of San Francisco in 2000.
