The best part about being on Cal crew is: Being part of a program that is so supportive and dedicated. Everyone wants to be working hard so our team can be faster. Practice stimulates so much competition and we all love to be competitive; therefore, practice is fun.
The best part about the University is: The classes are extremely interesting. There are so many opportunities presented on campus for all students and even more opportunities for student-athletes.
I chose Cal because: Of the incredibly prestigious athletics and academics.
What sets Cal apart: Cal is always an adventure. First, Cal is located in Berkeley and every day I see and experience something new because Berkeley is unlike any other place. Also, when attending Cal, you become part of the proud Golden Bears. I always hear people saying "Go Bears" and expressing their praise and encouragement, which is always a rewarding feeling.
