2025 (Outdoor): Second-Team All-American… First-Team All-ACC… ended the year as the top-ranked hammer thrower in the ACC and eighth-best in the nation… threw the hammer in six meets for the Bears… placed 10th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a mark of 66.84m (219-3)… took first place at the NCAA West Regional with a throw of 67.75m (222-3)… placed second at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 67.63m (221-10)… posted a winning mark of 69.03m (226-6) at The 130th Big Meet to earn ACC Women’s Freshman of the Week status for the third time in the outdoor season… broke her own Cal freshman record and the Cypriot U23 record with a mark of 69.20m (227-0) at the Mt. SAC Relays and was named the ACC Women’s Freshman of the Week… crushed the Cal freshman record for the first time at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a mark of 68.73m (225-6), earning ACC Women’s Freshmen of the Week honors.
2025 (Indoor): Threw the weight in three meets… was the nation’s top freshman and fifth -best overall ACC weight thrower in the event… named Second-Team All-ACC after placing fourth at the ACC Indoor Championships with a mark of 21.08m (69-2), a new Cypriot record and fourth-best in program history as well as a Cal freshman record and the fifth-best mark in the ACC that year… recorded a mark of 20.36m (66-9.75) at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational… opened her season with a mark of 19.61m (64-4) at the Spokane Sports Showcase, after which she was named the ACC Women’s Freshman of the Week.
