2025: Second-Team All-American... appeared in six indoor meets for Cal… finished 15th in the heptathlon at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a total of 5441 points… scored for the Bears with a fifth-place 5505 in the heptathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships to make the All-ACC Second Team, taking second place in the high jump (2.01m/6-7) and 60m hurdles (7.96)… the latter was also the tenth-fastest time in school history… notched a career-high winning total of 5800m in the heptathlon at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic – third-best in program history, third-best in the ACC that year and tied for 13th-best in the nation – while recording wins in the competition’s 60m (6.92), high jump (2.05m/6-8.75), 60m hurdles (8.07) and pole vault (4.60m/15-1)… raced to a personal-best 60m time of 6.92 at the Spokane Indoor Challenge.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets for the Bears… took third in the decathlon at the Pac-12 Championships with a total of 7114 points, winning the javelin (56.51m/185-5) and 1500m (4:46.67) contests and recording PRs in the shot put (12.33m/40-5.5), 400m (49.59), discus (34.80m/114-2) and javelin… at the 129th Big Meet, won the javelin competition with a throw of 54.57m (179-0), the 110m hurdles (14.86) and was a member of the winning 4x400m relay... compiled a personal-best 7315 points in the decathlon at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, good for second place, with additional PRs in the 100m (10.96), 110m hurdles (14.53) and 1500m (4:39.32)… ran the 110m hurdles in 14.59 and cleared 1.91m (6-3.25) in the high jump at the Hornet Invitational.

2024 (Indoor): Appeared in three meets… finished fifth in his first collegiate heptathlon with a total of 5492 points at the Ken Shannon Invitational (fifth best in program history) and finished second in the 1000m (2:41.11), third in the high jump (1.92m/6-3.5) and fourth in the 60m hurdles (8.22)… competed in the 60m (8.34), the high jump (1.87m/6-1.5) and the long jump (6.45m/21-2) at the Don Kirby Invitational.

2023: Appeared in five outdoor meets for the Bears… collected 6738 points in the decathlon at the Pac-12 Championships… posted his best high jump of the season at the 128th Big Meet, clearing the bar at 1.96m (6-5)… finished fourth in the decathlon at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a total of 6207 points.

HIGH SCHOOL: Won the 2022 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State high jump championship… runner-up in the 4x100m relay at the 2022 CIF-South Section (SS) Masters meet… was the first athlete to win Citrus Belt League titles in the high jump, long jump, 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles in two straight years (2021 and 2022)… 2022 Mt. SAC Relays high jump champion… was part of the Cajon High School-record 4x100m and 4x400m relay squads… 2022 Nike Indoor Nationals pentathlon champion… 2022 California Winter State pentathlon champion.
