2025 (Outdoor): All-America Honorable Mention… First-Team All-ACC (400m)… competed in the 400m at the U.S. Outdoor Championships after the collegiate season... raced in nine meets for Cal… posted a 400m time of 46.39 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships… finished the 400m in 45.84 at the NCAA West Regional… broke a 40-year-old program record at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a 400m time of 45.02 to take third place and also helped Cal’s 4x100m relay team score with an eighth-place time of 40.54… broke the 31-year-old 400m meet record at The 130th Big Meet with a time of 45.83, where he also aided the 4x100m squad to a winning time of 40.15… won the 400m with a time of 45.82 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, raced to a wind-aided 200m time of 20.60… ran the 200m in 20.71 and the 400m in 45.86 at the Hornet Invitational, earning ACC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week honors… won the 200m in 21.05 at the Cal Opener… CSC Second-Team Academic All-American… CSC Academic All-District… USTFCCCA All-Academic… All-ACC Academic... ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2025 (Indoor): Appeared in six meets… scored for the Bears in two events at the ACC Indoor Championships, taking fifth place in the 400m (46.78) and eighth in the 200m (21.38) while earning All-ACC Second Team recognition in the former… also helped Cal to a new program No. 2 time in the 4x400m relay (3:12.86) at that meet… set school records in the indoor 200m and 400m at the New Mexico Team Open with times of 21.06 and 45.96, respectively, the latter of which was third-fastest in the ACC that year… at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational, ran the third leg of a school-record 4x400m relay that combined for a time of 3:12.69… won the 400m at the Spokane Sports Showcase with his time of 46.68... Indoor All-ACC Academic.

COLLEGE OF SAN MATEO (2021-23): Appeared at the 2023 Northern California Community College Championships, competing in the 400m and the 4x400m… 2023 Coast Conference 400m champion… competed in the 400m and the 4x400m at the 2022 CCCAA State Championships… 2022 400m and 4x400m Coast Conference Championships runner-up.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in the 4x400m relay at the 2019 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Central Coast Section Semi-Finals.
