2025 (Outdoor): Raced in five meets… ran the 100m in 11.07 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… at the Hornet Invitational, finished the 100m in 11.03 and the 200m in a wind-aided 22.46… posted PRs of 10.93 (100m) and 22.29 (200m) at the Cal Opener... ACC Academic Honor Roll.
2025 (Indoor): Raced in two meets for Cal… at the New Mexico Team Open, posted times of 7.07 in the 60m and 22.36 in the 200m.
HIGH SCHOOL: 2023 North Coast Section (NCS) Class A 200m champion and 400m runner-up… finished second in the 200m at the 2022 NCS Class A Championships… 2022 Bay Area Conference 100m and 200m runner-up.
PERSONAL: Son of Kevin and Tina Smith… father Kevin competed for Cal track & field as a sprinter and long jumper… sister Nairobi is also a sprinter for Cal track & field… grandfather Tommie Smith, a prominent civil rights activist, won the 200m Olympic gold in 1968 and set the first of his seven career world records, becoming the first man to finish the race in under 20 seconds; he later played wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals.
