2025 (Outdoor): Second-Team All-ACC (hammer)… competed in six meets for the Bears… posted a hammer mark of 57.90m (189-11) at the NCAA West Regional… at the ACC Outdoor Championships, finished sixth in the hammer with a throw of 61.72m (202-6) that ranks ninth in program history… posted a discus PR of 47.83m (156-11) and threw the hammer 60.56m (198-8) at the Mt. SAC Relays… recorded a hammer mark of 60.19m (197-6) at the Hornet Invitational… All-ACC Academic... ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2025 (Indoor): Competed in the weight throw in four meets for the Bears… at the ACC Indoor Championships, posted a mark of 19.77m (64-10.5)… threw the weight 19.80m (64-11.5) for the seventh-best mark in Cal history at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic.

2024 (Outdoor): Finished fourth in the hammer at the USATF U20 Championships with a mark of 55.72m (182-9)… competed in seven meets for the Bears… threw the hammer 52.08m (170-10) at the NCAA West Preliminary… at the Pac-12 Championships, posted a mark of 58.21m (191-0)… recorded a mark of 58.78m (192-10) at the Mt. SAC Relays… at the Hornet Invitational, threw the hammer 59.32m (194-7).

2024 (Indoor): Appeared in three meets for Cal… finished second in the weight throw at the Ken Shannon Invitational with a mark of 19.47m (63-10.5)… moved up to No. 5 in program history after throwing the weight 19.50m (63-11.75) at the Don Kirby Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2023 Track & Field News All-American... was the second-ranked hammer thrower in the nation in 2023… finished third in that event at the USA Track & Field (USATF) U20 Championships… 2023 USATF Pacific Northwest Association Junior Olympic hammer champion… 2023 Washington State high school hammer champion… 2023 Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) 1A State discus champion and shot put runner-up… 2023 WIAA 1A District 1/2 discus and shot put champion… finished third in the weight throw at the 2023 Nike Indoor Nationals… finished fourth in the discus and fifth in the hammer at the 2022 USATF National Junior Olympic Championships… at that year’s Nike Outdoor Nationals, took second in the hammer, fifth in the javelin and sixth in the discus… finished fourth in the hammer throw at the 2022 Washington State High School Hammer Championships… competed in three events at the 2022 WIAA State Championships, taking second in the discus, third in the shot put and fifth in the javelin… 2022 WIAA 1A District 1/2 discus and shot put champion… also finished third in the javelin at the district championships that year.

PERSONAL: Majoring in legal studies with the goal of becoming a civil rights attorney... daughter of Andrew Coleman and Xanasha Rose.
