Anchored Cal’s offensive line on the 1991 team which posted a 10-2 record, earned a No. 7 national ranking and defeated Clemson, 37-13, in the Citrus Bowl … named a first team All-American his senior year … paved the way for two 1,000-yard rushers (Anthony Wallace in 1990 and Russell White in 1990 and 1991) and a Pac-10 Co-Offensive Player of the Year (Mike Pawlawski in 1991) during his Golden Bear career … drafted in the second round by the Chicago Bears … played six years in the NFL with the Bears (1992-95) and Indianapolis Colts (1996-97).
