Cal Drops Tennis Match to USC
BERKELEY, Calif. - The University of California men's tennis team dropped a Pac-10 match to the University of Southern California Saturday at the Hellman Tennis Center by a score of 5-2.
Cal received victories at No. 4 and 6 singles. At the No. 4 spot, David Sutton beat USC's Kyle Spencer in three sets, 6-7, 6-2, 6-4. Brian Fernando continued his winning ways, notching a victory at the No. 6 singles spot. He beat the Trojans Akram Zaman by a scores of 4-6, 6-2, 6-4.
The Golden Bears will play a make-up match with UCLA Sunday.
