TULSA, Okla. – California ended its run in the Saint Francis ITA All-American Championships singles main draw when Campbell Johnson fell in the round of 32 and Ben McLachlan lost in the round of 64 on Thursday at the University of Tulsa's Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

Johnson, a senior ranked 27th, won his round of 64 match against Michigan State's 125th-ranked Drew Lied, 6-1, 3-6, 6-1. But the Bear dropped his next match to Vanderbilt's 35th-ranked Gonzales Austin, 6-3, 6-1.

McLachlan, a senior ranked 41st, fell against North Carolina qualifier Ronnie Schneider, 6-4, 7-6(4).

The rest of the Bears will compete in the Aggie Invitational from Friday through Sunday at UC Davis.
