Championship Central | Tournament Draw
OJAI, Calif. - The California men's tennis team completed play at the 2011 Pac-10 Championships on Sat., Apr. 30, at Libbey Park. No. 116-ranked junior Nick Andrews fell to second-seeded and No. 9-ranked Bradley Klahn of Stanford in the singles semifinal after a hard-fought three-setter, 3-6, 6-2, 6-1.
Senior Zach Gilbert and junior Sky Lovill came through in a tiebreaker against Marton Bots and Matthew Stith of Washington to win the doubles invitational, 9-8, with an 8-5 score in the breaker.
In the singles invitational semifinal Gilbert was edged for the first set, 7-6; 8-5 in the tiebreaker against Walker Kehrer of Stanford, and was eliminated, 6-1, in the second set.
